So tomorrow is the big start day for T25. I have reviewed all the CDs now it is time to try them. I am not going to lie I am nervous. I feel that now is the time though. Time to push through being uncomfortable to reach a goal that I have wanted to achieve off so long. Ready..... Set......... Go............
Make sure you eat bananas. I have one after every workout and it cuts down on the soreness. Don't try to push yourself an not do the modified moves. I was still doing them 5 weeks in. Have fun! I am starting back up this week after a two week hiatus.
